Terms of Use:


Print and cut images must be incorporated into a unique hand made item for sale. Images may not be used as is, in a stand alone fashion. They must be part of a new design that incorporates other resources, graphics and/or text. You must not simply print or cut items for sale.


You have limited commercial use to sell your products using these images or altered images of no more that 100 hand made items, and credit must be given to Kaly Art Designs. Items that are allowed to be created with these images and sold are cards, scrapbook pages, stationary, and tags. (For selling anything other than the listed above please contact us at kalyartdesigns@gmail.com)


Items that are definitely not allowed to be sold using these images or any altered version are coloring pages, coloring books, t-shirts, art prints, graphic designs, logos, stickers, mugs, stamps, pillows, blankets, and banners.


Files may never be sold to anyone in anyway either as is or modified with or without credit given.


No file sharing in any way. Files and images (altered or not) may not be shared, gifted, or loaned with others. Images that are not in created projects may not be posted publicly via cloud, websites, servers..ect. Files may not be posted publicly via cloud, websites, servers..ect.


By using our art costumers accept that Kaly and Designs are indemnified from any law suits that may arise from any business or personal activities using our product.


You can create printed products from zazzle, cafe press, snappish, shutterfly..ect. For personal use only.


Items that are allowed for personal or non-profit use are craft projects such as cards, invitations, party decorations, planner stickers, scrapbook pages, coloring pages...ect.


Images cannot be claimed as your own and may not be altered then claimed as your own. Credit must be given!


Images may not be used in any illegal, hurtful or distasteful ways.


You may not post images of your created projects online without the proper watermarks.

 Hi Everyone, We have been really busy adding some great new images to our Etsy shop. We added cute kids in Halloween costumes. We have some in classic spooky costumes, some in fairytale costumes, and some in galactic hero costumes. We also added watercolor backgrounds that have overlays that you can mix and match to give it your own style. We added a few borders that can be used for cards or scrapbooks. Here are some new examples from our latest Etsy digital sets. We have 2 new sets-Pumpkin Patch Build A Scene Pack #1 and Pack #2. Pack #1 has 46 images, which include 14 line drawings to color. The set has a boy scarecrow, a girl scarecrow, a crow, a jack-o-lantern, a wheel barrow, corn stalks, a sign, multiple pumpkins, and 5 sayings. Pack #2 has 45 images, and also includes 14 line drawings to color.
